We can support and assist you through:

  • Grievances
  • Unlawful dismissal
  • Discrimination Law cases
  • Redundancy Law
  • TUPE regulations
  • Mediation

Why are we different?

Unlike some Employment Law experts, our team not only has individual insurance cover provided by the BMIF (Bar Mutual Insurance Fund), but must also abide by the high standards set by the Bar Council. This leaves you safe in the knowledge that you are supported by true professionals who won’t let you down. But don't take our word for it...read what others have to say.

Our team are here to work with you directly, offering you a complete Employment Law service and ensuring consistency from start to finish. Your case is important to us so the Barrister dealing with your case will be able to guide you through any challenges and support you every step of the way.

We can help you through grievances, disciplinary, discrimination, harassment or whistle blowing disputes within the workplace.

We can also provide facilities for mediation and our well-trained mediators can assist with resolving any workplace disputes.

We are litigators which means that should the need arise you can depend on us to work towards achieving the best possible outcome, be it in the Employment Tribunal, County Court, High Court or the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

We do not just deal with disputes and litigation. We can also provide expert advice, written where required, and can draft contracts of employment, compromise agreements, company policy documents and procedures.

In addition we can host training events to help your staff avoid pitfalls and identify problems that might have otherwise led to costly workplace disputes.
